Good Grief!
A 7-session exploration of grief as a gateway to transformation
Leader: Cheryl Macklin, PhD
Cheryl received her PhD in Transpersonal Psychology and Holistic Education from the Union Institute in 1997. She is a retired educator, a certified life coach, and a Licensed Professional Practitioner. For almost three decades, Cheryl has been designing and facilitating classes and groups for adults and students focusing on the bereavement process.
Purpose: Life is a continuous series of beginnings and endings. Grief is a normal response to loss, and the grief process can be an opening to a path to powerful transformation. It is important to honor and fully embrace both endings and new beginnings.

These can include losses such as the loss of a loved one, an illness, the loss of a job, divorce, or aging and the loss of certain abilities. This group is available in person only. Please speak with Cheryl if you wish to sign up.
