Mental Equivalents:

Participate in Your Own Creation Story

Have you ever sensed that still, small voice within yourself calling you to be more, live more, and love more?

If so, Mental Equivalents may be just the class you’ve been looking for.

One of the foundational principles of Science of Mind is the Law of Mental Equivalents, which teaches that every outward experience begins with an inner pattern of consciousness—a mental equivalent. As we become more aware of our thinking and align it with our deepest intentions, we become more conscious participants in our own creation story.

This five-week accredited Centers for Spiritual Living class is designed for both beginning and experienced students. Through discussion, spiritual practice, practical exercises, case studies, and supportive group interaction, you’ll discover practical ways to apply these timeless principles in your everyday life.

Discover Your “Why”

In this class, you’ll have the opportunity to open more fully to your heartfelt desires and discover your deeper “why”—the reason for being and the purpose behind what you seek to create and experience in your life.

As your understanding grows, you’ll gain practical tools and the support of a spiritual learning community to help answer those “whys” and embrace the realization of your dreams.

Throughout this five-week journey, you’ll have opportunities to:

  • Explore the Law of Mental Equivalents and its role in the creative process.
  • Clarify what you would like to experience more—and less—in your life.
  • Set clear spiritual intentions that align with your heartfelt desires.
  • Identify beliefs that may be limiting your growth.
  • Learn practical methods for expanding your mental equivalent.
  • Learn through discussion, case studies, and shared spiritual exploration.
  • Develop a personal plan for continuing your spiritual growth beyond the class.
  • Make a conscious commitment to living from your highest potential.
