At times, we may feel connected to Spirit’s powerful presence and accomplish with grace an ease, and, at other times, we feel helpless or hopeless. These two classes are designed to shed light on such phenomena and lift us to a more peaceful and powerful approach to living each day.
Our evolutionary path of consciousness becomes more clearly understood in reviewing the material of Lloyd Strom and Marcia Sutton, “The Kingdoms of Consciousness.” We will deepen our appreciation for the various levels we encounter and learn to move through them more gracefully and productively.
