“There can never come a time when we shall stop progressing; age is an illusion, limitation is a mistake and unhappiness is ignorance,” according to Ernest Holmes in the Science of Mind.  Progressing (evolving) has nothing to do with the aging process.  Limitation is a concept that we have “bought into.”  I have had the opportunity to travel to many parts of the world and to abide with locals on many occasions. In those wanderings I became keenly aware that happiness is a choice: made from within – it is not dependent on circumstances.  We get to evoke happiness by choosing how we perceive our circumstance, and contrary to the claims of some, this is not a delusional practice.  Physical, emotional and psychological balance results in resilience – the ability to direct the way our bodies metabolize time and achieve our unbounded potential.

Affirmation:  Spirit is ageless and timeless.  I am Spirit, so I am ageless and timeless.
