Spirituality arises from within.  We are drawn to the experiences that help us remember the Truth we know intuitively.  Religion is the outer practice.  Anyone who practices their spirituality in a constant, consistent manner is doing so religiously. A Spiritual life is lived and developed by consistent and persistent communion with Spirit in, as, around, through and throughout each one of us. Listen daily to what can only be felt, as Ernest Holmes says.  Go within daily (in multiple moments of respite) and commune (no matter how briefly) with that part of you that is bigger than you, your Godself.

Affirmation:

I am gratefully awake to the presence of Spirit moment by moment. I am fully alive.
