When dealing with people who are unlike our own history or culture, the answer is not to ignore differences, as if they don’t matter, but Instead to celebrate the uniqueness of Spirit in expression! Some people consider that approach as “radical inclusion.” I see it as remembering Oneness: There is only One Divine Creator, expressing Itself in and as all creation so I am always excited to learn more about each one’s history and journey knowing that I am enriched by every encounter.
