I give thanks to my Inner Life for all Its Marvelous Wonders, and for all It’s Wonderful Works.  I sing and am grateful. for I know that the Truth of Perfect Life is imbued in each of us … worldwide!  Looking across world traditions, my awareness is heightened in December.  It has an ample share of special days.  Starting with the Christian tradition of Advent (began November 27th and continuing until December 24th), then moving to the Buddhists’ Bodhi Day on Dec 8th and the Jews’ Hanukah beginning on the 24th, then continuing with the Christians’ Christmas on the 25th and the beginning of secular tradition of Kwanzaa beginning on the 26th.  Each of these traditions is unique and yet there are some common threads:  They are times to come together, to be in community, to honor unique expression of Spirit and to share Love … of God and one another.  How wonderful it is that in our tradition we get to celebrate them all and to embrace our commonalities- truly living the Divine Design:  the One individuated as many, each one of which is distinct.  Wow!
