From Unity — which is the One back of all things, through the One Law, which is the Medium of all action — multiplicity is manifested, but the many never contradict the Unity of the whole. When we realize that we are dealing with an Infinite Intelligence and with an Infinite Law within this Intelligence, we see that no limit should be placed upon the Creative Principle. ~ Ernest Holmes, Science of Mind, p. 102
Just as we depend upon Source for our life, our wellbeing, our love, our wisdom, our peace, our plenty, and our power, so we realize that each individualized, human expression of that Life is innately interconnected with each and all of us. Of course, we take responsibility for our own choices, our personal life designs, while delighting in our spiritual bond with all sentient beings. We are related to one another through our shared spiritual source and can find comfort and inspiration from each other, as we touch into that divinity and allow it to bring us deeper awareness and greater freedom.
As we approach the Fourth of July weekend, we find the joys of interdependence in joining mind and heart with our loved ones and our Beloved Community in inviting Spirit to nurture and guide us, individually and together, in establishing greater freedom for all. Our theme for the month of July is, “Free to Be,” and we understand that it is both our complete reliance of Source and our willingness to discover and connect with the Authentic Self within each other that opens us to a greater expression of life. This Sunday’s focus will be on, “Interdependence Day,” and you are invited to experience this joyful unity and limitless possibility, as we awaken to our sweet unity and shared divinity.
What a wonderful Celebration we enjoyed last Sunday, as we gathered IN PERSON for the first time in fifteen months and welcomed each other “Home!” Thanks again to our “Re-Opening Team” for having created the perfect environment and experience for our joyful first Celebration back: Payson Burt, Edie and Rich Janik, Jeffrey Masino, Linda O’Neill, Cheryl Macklin and Linda Solomons. Watch for in-person classes and social events that will be returning soon. We are simultaneously live streaming our Sundays for those at a distance and whomever may not be with us physically each week. Remember simply to click on the orange “Watch Live” button on www.cslphilly.org to join us on Sunday morning or to view previous Celebrations and “Love Notes” from Rev. Mike and me.
The healing arm of our Center, the Practitioners and Practitioner Interns, are always ready to serve your needs, spiritual and material, and can be contacted on our website, as well. Reach out to any of them whenever you desire prayer support, and they will gladly work with you. You may also join the Practitioner of the Day upstairs in the Prayer and Meditation Room at 10:00 A.M. for a few minutes of quiet meditation.
With great love and respect,
