Dear Ones,

Rev. Mike and I hop a train to New York a week from today for our annual Met adventure, returning tomorrow, filled with the joy of great opera, delightful food, charming hotel, and the ease of letting Amtrak do the driving.  There is every reason for us to plan such beautiful outings and feed our souls with whatever we find magical and meaningful.

While we all pray and work for Peace in the world, it is necessary to align ourselves with Universal Peace and Power, inviting It to inspire and guide us in our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Also, as Ernest Holmes wisely suggested, we must “Take what you are doing seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously while you are doing it!” This is an important reminder to remain clearly focused and dedicated to doing our part to bring greater peace and  more heaven to earth, while we also enjoy participating in the lovely opportunities the earth offers.

As we conclude our theme for March, “Time for Renewal,” we’ll be focusing this Sunday, March 29^th , on “Renewing Our Commitment to Peace.” Join us for our 1:00 p.m. ET Celebration at UCCVF, 45 Walker Rd., Wayne, PA, or be with us online by going to www.cslphilly.org and clicking on the orange Watch Live button. Dear Ones,

Even though we understand that our human intelligence is some part of Universal Intelligence, we also realize that it is the limited, subjective patterns within our individual minds that prevent us from letting a fuller measure of Divine Wisdom into our consciousness. As we begin choosing to look honestly at those erroneous beliefs and bring a greater awareness of Truth to them, something marvelous happens: an authentic shift to higher and more creative realities.

This inner Work is the most important we will ever do, for it changes our world view and brings a greater freedom to the solid, conscious intentions we may then make. In Romans 2:12, we read, “Be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” If Paul spoke these words to the Roman citizens, they are still true for today’s residents of planet earth.

Dear Ones,

As we continue our theme for the month of March, “Time for Renewal,” we shall expand our consciousness by discussing, “Beyond Time and Space” this Sunday. It is certainly time to move beyond any limited sense of confinement to our earthly experience, past conditioning, or future concerns. It is in living fully and powerfully in the NOW that we are able to attain our goals and feel the warmth of Spirit’s Presence and Power.

There is no restriction in Divine Mind, and the Boundless Spirit is alive and well within each of us. “Spirit is the Limitless within which is all space Spirit is Timeless, within which is all time.” Ernest Holmes, Science of Mind, p. 67

Stretching our minds, deepening our understanding, and establishing strong faith, we find there is no limit to the joy and aliveness we may feel and the great good we are able to bring to the world.
