Dear Ones,
Many thanks to all our wonderful presenters and participants last Sunday, while Rev. Mike and I were with family in Florida. We loved tuning in and experiencing the heart-centered Sunday Celebration of music, meditation, prayer, and enthusiastic presentations. Thank you all for making our away time sweet. Yes, we have returned to our Northeast weather, even driving home from the airport in the snow. No, Dorothy, we are not in Kansas or Boca anymore, and we are delighted to be home!
It was precious being with family for a few days and lovely to continue our connection with our Spiritual Community Family here. No matter how sweet or deep our love for family and friends may be, there is an overriding, underpinning Love that informs all external forms of that Love. “God is Love, and Love is God.” It doesn’t get simpler or clearer than this. Aligning with this Perfect Presence within us keeps us in Peace and Compassion, no matter what may be presenting itself to us in our individual lives or in the global community. “If only you could love enough, you would be the happiest and most powerful being in the world.” ~ Emmet Fox
As we conclude the month’s theme, “Letting Love Grow,” Rev. Mike will share this Sunday on, “A Forever Love” at the 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time Celebration at UCCVF, 45 Walker Rd., Wayne, PA. Those who come early may join Practitioner of the day for a guided, silent Meditation in the “Couch Room” preceding the service from 12:30 to 12:45 P.M. Please consider joining me the first two Sunday afternoons in March for a deep and delightful look at our philosophy, heritage, the application of our teaching, and the workings of the Greater Philadelphia Center for Spiritual Living. We’ll meet on Zoom from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. This non-tuition class includes an inspiring and informative packet you may print out at home, once you register online. The class is open to everyone and is a requirement for those who wish to become members of GPCSL.
