Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect. ~ Chief Seattle
One, alone, in consciousness with the Infinite, constitutes a complete majority. Knowing this in your thought, work in perfect peace and calm. ALWAYS EXPECT THE GOOD. Have enthusiasm and, above all, have a consciousness of love — a radiant feeling flowing through your consciousness at all times. ~ Ernest Holmes, Science of Mind, p. 184
All life is a unity, expressing in beautiful multiplicity, and just as you and I are one with the Divine Presence, so we are completely connected with each other. It is in discovering and rediscovering our spiritual roots that we are able to express that divinity in our personal lives, with one another, and into the world itself.
Underlying all human conflict and confusion, the Ultimate Harmony upholds and continues expressing through all sentient beings, and it is our awareness of this Divine Accord that makes all things possible. Divisiveness gives way to Oneness, struggle to Serenity, and fear to Faith, as we feel and know God’s Loving and Powerful Presence manifesting in, through, and as each of us.
As we reach inward, experiencing the sweet, dynamic Presence of the One, it is only natural that we extend our hearts to one another, including, respecting, honoring, and appreciating that spiritual magnificence in each person we encounter. Let’s work together, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, to bring about the vision we have talked about: “A World That Works for All.” We have enough spiritual power to co-create and celebrate this vision, for it is the Divine Power within us all that is working peacefully and powerfully through us for the greatest Good we have yet known.
We love connecting with you each week on our live-streamed Sunday Celebrations at 10:30 A.M. on You Tube and Facebook. To join us and to invite your friends to spend an uplifting hour with us. Simply go to our website, www.cslphilly.org. Our theme for October is, “Living Our Values,” and this Sunday’s topic is, “The Values of Oneness, Harmony, and Inclusion.” Previous Sunday Celebrations are archived on our website, along with the daily “Love Notes” that Rev. Mike and I enjoy sharing with you. It was fun seeing so many of you last Sunday at our socially-distanced, soul-satisfying “Tailgate” gathering in the later afternoon!
Our Center’s Practitioners are always ready to provide spiritual support for you, as they also continue to sustain our Center in prayer-treatment. Thank you so much for your continued contributions that are keeping our Center healthy enough to open the doors for us all, when the time is right.
With great love and respect,
Dr. Maxine
