Sept. 27, 2022: From the Pen of Dr. Maxine

We must consciously know that we can use creative power. The more completely such acceptance on our part, the more completely we shall be able to use this power for definite purposes.  ~ Ernest Holmes, Science of Mind, p. 401

We understand that, although the Power of the Presence is everywhere, within everything and everyone, there tends to be a greater opening for this Divine Power to work through a gathering of people with open hearts and a common purpose. Ours is such a community, and, as we come together next Sunday for an in-person morning Celebration and the Annual Community Meeting following, it will be a beautiful opportunity for us to open minds and hearts to let Spirit flow through us, guiding and motivating us toward an inspired future.

The theme for the month of October will be, “The Beloved Community,” and we are that, despite not having had too many physical meetings together the past many months. How grateful we are for the gifts of the past, the power in the moment, and the possibilities for our future. We will have the joy of heartfelt, creative discussions on October 2 that will co-create an inspired vision and specific purposes for the next steps for us.

Join us this Sunday at 10:30 A.M., as we meet in person AND livestream our Celebration from the Smethers’ production facility at 2583 Industry Lane, Eagleville, PA 19403. We do ask that you let us know if you will be joining us in person or virtually – just click here.  If you cannot attend in person, please go to our website, www.cslphilly.org and click on the orange “Watch Live” button. My talk this Sunday will be, “The Power of Working Together.”

Do scroll through our website to find other “previews of coming attractions,” check out our past Celebrations and Love Notes. Also, look over our Practitioner Page, becoming familiar with our eight wonderful Practitioners, and contact any of them for spiritual mind treatment or simply to learn more about our teaching. They are here for you.

With great love and respect,

Dr. Maxine
