Aug. 15, 2023: From the Pen of Dr. Maxine

Although Peace is a proper destination, we clearly have not yet arrived there.  In both personal and global situations, misunderstandings and conflict still occur, so we must learn how to bring the underlying, forever alive, and eternally possible Spirit of Peace into every thought, feeling, action, and interaction. The response is always positive and immediate, for people quickly feel embraced in Spirit’s Serenity, and this consciousness can change the very atmosphere in the room.

It seems one of our important “human missions” is to transform unlovely thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors into something more divine.  Turning turbulence into tranquility can only occur when we remember that this precious Presence does not require any special rituals or sacred words to bring it forth, only the recollection that It exists, independent of any challenging situation.

The night may be long, but we can count on the fact that, “Morning always wins!” Rather than buying into a friend’s upset or grave global circumstances, we are tasked to rise above a greater vision of what is spiritually so and divinely eternal.  Situations come and go, while God is, “Today, tomorrow, and forever!”

Join us this Sunday at Inteprod in Eagleville, as Rev. Mike speaks about, “What to Do With Conflict” and shares our amazing experiences of the past two weeks, the tools we learned, and the consciousness-lifting experiences we are happy to bring back to our Beloved Community.  If you cannot attend in person and wish to watch via our “Lovestream,” simply go to www.cslphilly.org at 10:30 A.M. Eastern Time, and click on the orange “Watch Now” button. You may also look through the site and find interesting events, activities, and classes planned.

Check out our Practitioner Page if you are interested in working with one of our fine Practitioners.  They are all posted there with their contact information, so bring to them any sense of conflict or unhappiness, and any of them will happily work with you to get a better idea and to change your life for the better.

With great love and respect,

Dr. Maxine
